Your journey

From this form to your new job in Ireland

Tell us about your experience and the work you'd love to do, and we'll match you with the right family. Here's how it works, step by step.

  • Room and meals are free, so you can save most of your pay
  • A legal contract, with our team behind you all the way
  • Applying and our training are free
  1. 1

    Fill in your application

A short form about you, your experience, the work you'd like and when you can start.

  2. 2

    We get in touch

We call you for a friendly chat, to get to know you and answer your questions.

  3. 3

    Complete your profile

In your carer account, add your experience and preferences and your documents, and sign the police vetting form.

  4. 4

    We find you a family

When a family that suits you comes along, we send you their details. Only if you like them do we share your profile with them: your experience, never your personal details.

  5. 5

Interview, then the job is yours

If the family likes you too, they invite you to an interview. If it goes well, you get the job.

Good to know: Applying doesn't promise you a job yet. A job is confirmed once you and the family have met at the interview and both say yes. Until then, we keep looking for the families that suit you best.
